How do 24/7 veterinary emergency services work and how do I access them?
Emergencies can happen at any time, and as a PetNation member, you’ll have access to 24/7 emergency veterinary services.
To ensure the best possible care, every emergency is triaged by a nurse via phone or web, allowing us to address your pet's needs effectively and efficiently.
Depending on the situation, you may be advised to come to the hospital immediately, or if appropriate, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual appointment that fits your schedule the same day.
Our priority is to manage unexpected health issues in a way that’s best for your pet while remaining convenient for you. By streamlining the emergency process, we aim to improve the experience for everyone involved - pets, PetParents, and our care team alike.
